About Your Therapists:
A native Texan, Brandy Becker, LMT, NCTMB (licensed and nationally certified massage therapist since 2006) has quickly become a well-respected therapist in the area and was voted Knoxville’s best female massage therapist 2011. She joined the team of health professionals at Marino Therapy Centers in 2010 to start Marino Therapeutic Massage.

Brandy studied at the C.O.R.E. Institute (Knoxville) where she graduated at the top of her class, going on to receive high marks in her National Certification. She keeps her skills current through continuing education in deep tissue, relaxation / stress relief, myofascial release, active isolated stretching, trigger point therapy and is certified in pre/post-pregnancy massage. Passionate about showing people they can help themselves, Brandy is an active listener and takes into account your needs before every session so she can tailor each thirty, sixty or ninety-minute massage to address the specific issues and goals that will help her clients find much needed relief.
Amanda Stark, LMT, NCTMB, has been a Nationally Certified, licensed massage therapist since 2004. A Nebraska native, Amanda received her training at the Omaha School of Massage Therapy completing a 1,000 hour program. Since 2004, she has taken over 250 hours of continuing education, ranging from Structural Integration, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. Prior to Massage Therapy training, Amanda received her BS degree in Psychology with minors in health and nutrition at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her love of health and fitness has allowed her to also become a Certified Personal Trainer. In her free time, Amanda enjoys running, cooking, and traveling.
Both therapists are licensed in the State of Tennessee and are professional members of the American Massage Therapy Association, (www.AMTAmassage.org). American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) members are considered allied healthcare professionals who are well-trained, adhere to a professionally-recognized code of ethics & standard of practice, and are committed to continuing their professional education and development.
Appointments
Each new client receives $10 off of their first 60 or 90 minute massage!
Everyone is welcome! It is not necessary to be a physical therapy patient in order to receive a massage at Marino Therapeutic Massage.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out all necessary paperwork. We offer 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions for $45, $70 and $105. Packages are available as well as gift certificates. Appointments may be made Monday through Friday, sometimes on short notice. It’s always best to call ahead to ensure the appointment time best suited to your schedule. Early evening appointments available.
