What is a FREE SCREEN?
A Free Screen allows YOU, the patient, to confirm that your pain/medical issues are appropriate for either outpatient Physical, Occupational, or Lymphedema therapy. Following your FREE SCREEN, your physical therapist will state their findings and create a treatment plan specific to your condition.
